Heidi Flexer is President of Disability Experts of Florida overseeing all company decisions, implementing all procedures and helping manage our offices.  Mrs Flexer has almost 30 years’ experience reviewing, analyzing and preparing client files for hearings before Administrative Law Judges. She assists with the social media accounts of the firm.  She is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representative ( NOSSCR) and th e National Assoc iation of Disability Representatives

In Mrs Flexer’s spare time, she loves to spend time with their 4 daughters and 8 grandchildren.  She loves to work out. She is an avid music fan attending many concerts and events each year. She  is a donor for Ruth Eckerd Hall and People Helping People of Hernando County . She loves working with children and is a volunteer in the local school system. She spends much of her  time at her youngest daughter’s sporting events around the county . She loves to travel and meet new people.

Scott has 40 years of experience representing claimants before the Social Security Administration. He trained with Wardell K. White founder of Ward White & Associates and former Regional Representative for all Social Security District office operations in the Southeastern United States. Scott has represented in excess of 10,000 claimants before Administrative Law Judges to date.

He has trained and educated attorneys and representatives in the area of Social Security Administrative Law. Scott has strong community ties offering his expertise as a Social Security Advocate to numerous support groups. These groups include the Gulf Coast MS Society; National Arthritis Foundation / Fibromyalgia and Crohns and Colitis support groups. He has been awarded the Catch the Spirit Award and has been honored as volunteer of the month by the Gulf Coast MS Society. As a testament to his knowledge in a demonstration project test to allow direct fee withholding, administered by the Social Security Administration, Scott scored a 98, the second highest score achieved in the nation. Mr. Flexer is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's representatives, the National Association of Disability Representatives, and the National Association of Disability Examiners. In his spare time, Scott has volunteered in the local school system and is a supporter of People Helping People of Hernando County, and Ruth Eckerd Hall. He enjoys traveling, running, hiking, and playing tennis. Scott also enjoys concerts and sporting events. He is a fan of both the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Tampa Bay Lightning. Scott has four beautiful daughters and seven amazing grandchildren and one on the way.

David has a total of 45 years of experience working with Social Security claimants. He has 30 years of experience with the Social Security Administration having worked as a claims representative, technical assistant, and operations supervisor. Prior to his work as a disability advocate and representative, he worked 5 years directly for Administrative Law Judges of the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review. Mr. Budlin has spent the past 15 years advocating for the rights of claimants as a disability advocate and representative. He is an SSI expert and received numerous awards while working for the Social Security Administration. Mr. Budlin is a member of the National Association of Disability Representatives (NADR) and the National Organization of Social Security Representatives (NOSSCR. He is an accredited disability representative by the National Association of Disability Representatives.

In his spare time, David is a hockey fanatic and goes back to the days of the “original six” in the NHL. On Tampa Bay Lightning game nights, he can be found in Section 301 at Amalie Arena and at selected road games.

In addition, David is a music fan and regularly attends concerts at Amalie Arena, Ruth Eckerd Hall, the Capitol Theatre and the Amphitheater.

Mr. Bober is a retired United States Federal Administrative Law Judge. He is a consultant to Disability Experts of Florida. Judge Bober has experience of more than 30 years as a United States Federal Administrative Law Judge both as a presiding official and as a manager. Judge Bober has presided over many contentious and adversarial trials. The cases involved multiple disputed points of law involving occupational injuries and diseases, securities violations, and Social Security disability matters. Judge Bober has held positions with the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission since 1998, and has decided cases arising under the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Act.

Prior to his appointment as a Judge, Judge Bober's legal work embraced financial and legal issues. The latter involved discovery matters concerning the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, The Federal Rules of Evidence, and Statutory and regulatory controversies. Judge Bober is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives.

Samantha O'Connor serves as a Social Security Disability Advocate.  Ms. O’Connor is skilled in preparing, evaluating, and filing Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security lncome claims.  Ms. O’Connor is also skilled and experienced in preparing and presenting disability claims before Administrative Law Judges. She is a member of the National Association of Disability Representatives (NADR) and the National Organization of Social Security Representatives (NOSSCR).  Ms. O’Connor is an accredited disability representative by the National Association of Disability Representatives (NADR). Ms. O’Connor works closely with claimants in an effort to relieve the stress that often comes with navigating the disability process.

Ms. O’Connor is a wife and mother.  In her spare time, Ms. O’Connor enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, attending concerts and sporting events, and  is a foodie that enjoys sampling and cooking new cuisines.

Cheryl Jezierski is the office manager for Disability Experts of Florida. Mrs. Jezierski has been with the company for 4 years and oversees the day to day operations including implementing policies and procedures and assuring claimant satisfaction.

She has held management positions for over 20 years. In her spare time, Cheryl enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking delicious desserts, shopping, frequenting the Disney theme parks, and enjoying the waters of the Gulf of Mexico on her boat on weekends.

Mrs. Jezierski has volunteered for 30 years in school system and has previously spent 10 years volunteering for the oldest little league in New England, where she enjoyed watching her 4 boys play baseball.
