David has a total of 45 years of experience working with Social Security claimants. He has 30 years of experience with the Social Security Administration having worked as a claims representative, technical assistant, and operations supervisor. Prior to his work as a disability advocate and representative, he worked 5 years directly for Administrative Law Judges of the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review. Mr. Budlin has spent the past 15 years advocating for the rights of claimants as a disability advocate and representative. He is an SSI expert and received numerous awards while working for the Social Security Administration. Mr. Budlin is a member of the National Association of Disability Representatives (NADR) and the National Organization of Social Security Representatives (NOSSCR. He is an accredited disability representative by the National Association of Disability Representatives.
In his spare time, David is a hockey fanatic and goes back to the days of the “original six” in the NHL. On Tampa Bay Lightning game nights, he can be found in Section 301 at Amalie Arena and at selected road games.
In addition, David is a music fan and regularly attends concerts at Amalie Arena, Ruth Eckerd Hall, the Capitol Theatre and the Amphitheater.
