We may utilize de-identified personal data to fulfill the contracted services requested by our clients. De-identified data refers to information that can no longer be traced back to a specific individual or household. Disability Experts of Florida is dedicated to maintaining this data in its de-identified form to safeguard client privacy. Employees are explicitly instructed not to attempt to re-identify the data or use it to associate with, or infer characteristics about, any particular individual. We also require any third-party processors handling de-identified data to adhere to these same standards and commitments.
